Except for special needs of our guests, the delivery of rooms is scheduled between 15.30 and 19.00. The customers are invited, upon arrival, to provide a document of recognition for the compilation of the personal schedule and to regularize the payment of the booked stay at the same time.

The payment method provided following your booking request is equal to 30% of the entire stay. The remaining part must be paid at the time of your arrival at the B & B. In case of cancellation the deposit will not be reimbursed. The price agreed for the stay in our B & B includes the use of the room and the bathroom, breakfast, the supply of towels and sheets, the use of TV, strongbox, air conditioners / heat pumps and the use of all bathroom accessories.

Cleaning is done daily, towels will be changed every 3 days, linen will be changed once a week. The rooms and the bathroom must normally be vacated by 10.00 am to allow the daily cleaning and tidying up, please arrange your personal belongings in order to allow them. Beyond these times, daily cleaning is not ensured. Correct and civil use of toilets is recommended, avoiding throwing anything into W.C. (use the appropriate bins). Extra linen change is not included in the price, like ordinary cleaning.

Inside the Bed & Breakfast, only for hygienic reasons and for possible allergies from other customers, no pets are allowed. It is also not allowed, for reasons of public security, to access other people in the Bed & Breakfast at any time.

The use of our mini Bar service is not included in the price of the reservation, therefore it is intended as an extra to the following prices: Natural / sparkling mineral water: € 2.00. Coca Cola € 1.50. Prosecco € 6.00.

The town of Terrasini, where the B&B ``Tra le braccia di Morfeo`` is located, provides for an expense as tourist tax of € 1.00 per person per day, this figure is not included in the booking price.
